If the shop customer is about to complete the order, comes to the threshold of selecting the delivery method or payment method, and has no options available, this can lead to lost orders. With this module, the customer has the option to send a contact message to the store administrator, so that they can easily find out about the problem. In addition to the message received, the administrator can see the products in the customer's shopping cart and the delivery address. This information is very important, as it is useful in detecting the problem, since there may be a restriction per country, or for a specific product (in the case of carriers).
